Good Old Fashioned Chick Flick

"to all the ships at sea and all the ports of call... to my family and to all friends and strangers - this is a message and a prayer. the message is that my travels taught me a great truth. i already had what everyone is searching for and few ever find. the person in the world who i was born to love forever. a person like me, of the outer banks and the blue atlantic mystery. a person rich in simple treasures, self-made, self-taught, a harbor where i am forever home. and no wind or trouble or even a little death can knock down this kind of love and be healed by it. if my prayer is heard, then there will be an erasing of all guilt and all regret, and an end to all anger. please, god. amen."

I sense Nicholas Sparks. Could it be... Message in a Bottle? Maybe?

Bingo!!
I'm not one usually for the cheesiness but this movie gets me every time. Especially this letter written by Catherine...sigh...

Ahhh yes, Message In A Bottle. I saw it in the theatre and cried so hard, I embarassed myself.

That aside, did you notice how big Robin Wright Penn's feet are?

och! You've been spammed! The nerve.

I admit that I've been known to read Nicholas Sparks, furtively, late at night in a bubble bath. Yeah, it's cheesy and highly emotional. So sue me. :)

Rox, I totally noticed that in The Princess Bride. They're like skis!
