I've gone a little Link Crazy...

Hellooooo......
Beware: a gloating parental post intended for relatives reading from afar! Ola....(gag if you want to on how perfect my children seem...it's okay...I've been known to simulate the gagging motion when reading similar posts from myself and others)
All is somewhat well in our household these days. The sleeping situation hasn't improved too much for me. Basically I try and have the "thing" in during the nights and then halfway through I put it away. That means I have to make up some hours during the day...sheesh. 3 more months...
I have been going to the aerobics classes at the BBL. This is a new establishment in our community. It kicks some serious butt. Awesome. I'm loving the classes. I am not loving the fact that I am so stiff that I can barely move. I love the energy of the classes and being in a class atmosphere....with fellow women/men who are trying hard to get in shape. I have lost another 4 pounds. Not too great(compared to others who are kicking some serious butts...cough....Christy!!),but am happy that the numbers are going down. The strange thing is(and if someone knows this please explain)my jeans were tight this morning? WTF?? Can't figure that one out? Anyhow if anyone wants a buttaliscious workout...come on join me. You'll be addicted...
The boys are doing awesome these days. Josey's class had a skating trip the other day and Gavin did great on the skates. (Josey and Shay are both good skaters) I am in awe...not of his talent on ice, but how cute he looks in his little wee hockey skates! He was only taking small steps, but did way better than his brothers did at this age. We'll have to put him in some lessons before he goes into Timbits.
Josey is having their Chinese New Year's Celebration tomorrow. He is excited because he gets to hold the tail of the dragon during the ceremony. That poor dragon. It's seen its age(not the one shown in the link). After their march and song they are having their annual Chinese luncheon. Jonas was practising with the chopsticks tonight. I'm sure glad that forks and spoons were invented.
The older boys have a tour of CFTK tomorrow evening. Both boys are loving Cubs. I recommend everyone to put their kids into scouting. They have done such fun field trips since September. Gavin can go into Beavers this fall. Sad how my babies are all growing up so quickly!
The weekend is quickly approaching. I have a bosu ball class I am going to on Friday. We've promised Gavin that we'd go skating and there is talk of hitting the hill. There is only one birthday party this weekend, but you never know what sleepovers will happen.
Seems like it will be a busy weekend. In all honesty, this is what I'd love to do instead....
Hope all is well with everyone!
Cheers,
Jenny

That post was linkalicious.

(I couldn't resist!)

Good for you for sticking with the workouts. Lucky for me, the snow is back and I'm getting lots of workout time myself! UGH!

Ditto - I've been shovelling so much snow I haven't even considered any other exercise. At this rate I will have smooth, toned and ripped arms for tank tops this summer!
