Well it's that time of the week again. Here's my Menu Plan for this week....
Monday: Spaghetti and Meatballs with a Spinach Salad.
Tuesday: Tuna Melts (on whole wheat hamburger buns) with Pea Soup.
Wednesday: Crock Pot Pork Chops with Mushroom Soup Sauce. Served with Wild Rice and Steamed Vegetables.
Thursday: Taco Time
Friday: BBQ Steak served with Baked Potatoes and baby carrots. Served with a side Salsa Salad.(I'm purposely planning a BBQ so my DH can cook!!)
Saturday: Chicken Caesar Salad.
Sunday: Crockpot Mustard Ham served with sweet potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. Green Salad. Recipe below:

Make this simple recipe for a gorgeous glazed ham in your slow cooker, and have time to enjoy your company and prepare the rest of the meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 lb. bone in fully cooked ham
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
PREPARATION:
Place ham in 4-5 quart crockpot and pour apple juice over ham. Combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, and pepper in a small bowl and blend well. Spread over ham. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Slice and serve. 12 servings

While working in a restaurant I learned to make Tuna Melts. They're so yummy.
Hey Jen ....I love ham I'll have to try it too Dougs not a huge ham goer but maybe he'll like that recipe it sounds so yummy!! great minds do think alike!!but I think maybe you have it backwards Doug and I we'll come there!! lol
